US Standard Time Zones | |||
The United States are splitted into six standard time zones.
Eleven states are located in two time zones. The US island territories and the independent COFA[4] states areas are located in seven additional standard time zones. UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is equivalent to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). |
